I have been using the wu-long tea capsules for years. They give me that extra boost of energy in the morning and they also curve my appetite. I dont always have time to drink a cup of tea but I always have time to take a pill. With a well balanced diet and exercise these pills would help anyone stay on track.
I have taken the Wu-long capsules for about 4 months now and I have noticed a huge difference since taking them.
